Extremely rare "malle penderie" (gown trunk) by Louis Vuitton, circa 1910. Of huge proportions, standing at an impressive 145cm, this wardrobe was especially constructed for transporting gowns. Finished in the world famous LV monogram canvas, trim in japanned lacquer steel and brass hardware, this wardrobe is in sensational condition and complete inside, including its lift-out tray to the top. Can be laid down horizontally too to make an extra large coffee table, a wonderful statement and conversation piece for any home.
