A fine carved wood copy of the Warwick Urn. The original vase was excavated from Hadrian’s Villa at Tivoli in 1771 by Gavin Hamilton. Hamilton then sold it to the 2nd Earl of Warwick thus its name.
Our superbly carved urn in Mahogany and specialist aged painted. The base is fitted with a hand spun brass Liner perfect for use as a vase or ice bucket
