Your right of withdrawal
This page allows you to give A Modern Grand Tour formal notice that you wish to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. Please use the form below for the order and items concerned.
For standard, non-bespoke goods bought online, you normally have 14 days from delivery to tell us that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces
Some AMGT pieces are made or finished to a customer’s selected colour, finish, base or other specification. This includes pieces within the Feather Lamps collection. The usual change-of-mind withdrawal right may not apply where goods are made to a customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. Each request is considered in relation to the item ordered and the applicable consumer law.
Damage, faults or an item not as described
If an item has arrived damaged, is faulty or is not as described, please contact info@amoderngrandtour.com with your order number and details. This is separate from a change-of-mind withdrawal and does not affect your statutory rights.
Submit a withdrawal request

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
